The price hike is the main difference between PlayStation 5 and 5 Pro, there is a price hike of $200 is visible when we compare these two. PlayStation 5 is $499 in the market and the price of PS5 Pro is $699 without the disc drive and vertical stand.

The tech world hopes that Sony will introduce novel features in the pro variant since there is a huge price hike of $200.

We can see a clear picture from the table, PS5 Pro comes with brand-new features and more powerful specs. PS5 Pro has a more powerful GPU which will make it faster than the PS5, Sony claims that the GPU of the PS5 Pro will be 45% more than the PS5.

The CPU used in the Pro variant is the same as the PS5 base model, so the 4K resolution with 60fps will likely continue in the Pro version as well.

Sony might upgrade the memory available for the games from 12.5 GB to 13.7GB, we can see a clear upgrade, and sure that we can see more advanced games and gaming features in the pro version. The difference can be seen in the storage department as well, an increased 1TB storage option is available in the PS5 Pro.

There will always be debate whether the PS5 or PS5 Pro is better and worth the upgrade. It is always up to the individual if you are a hardcore gamer who wants to experience the latest advanced features like AI-driven upscaling technology which enhances the image clarity and adds detail, advanced ray tracing, and high frame rates you can go for it.

Apart from this, PS5 too can offer the best gameplay with decent graphics and a variety of gaming. It is always worth an upgrade to the pro versions, but you can choose according to your specific needs and demand.

The price of PS5 will be around $450 and you may get it at a lesser price by purchasing it in offer sales, this can offer you pretty much a similar gaming experience, but there will not be AI features and advanced graphics.

When it comes to PS5 Pro, the expected price will be around $699, and it too without the disc drive and vertical stand. So note these things before you choose the best option for you and enjoy the gaming.
